हादसे के 23 घंटे बाद यानी शनिवार शाम 6 बजे तक रेल मंत्री या रेलवे मिनिस्ट्री ने हादसे की वजहों पर कुछ नहीं कहा। मंत्री से लेकर अफसर तक जांच कराने की बात दोहराते रहे। इधर न्यूज एजेंसी ने सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर दी है कि सिग्नल फेल होना भी हादसे की वजह हो सकता है।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी शनिवार शाम करीब 4 बजे घटनास्थल पहुंचे। वे अस्पताल में घायलों से भी मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि दुर्घटना का जो भी दोषी है, उसे बक्शा नहीं जाएगा। हर तरह की जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं। हम इस घटना से सबक लेंगे और व्यवस्था को सुधारेंगे। PM ने घायलों की मदद करने वालों को शुक्रिया कहा।

1. नए संसद भवन की आधारशिला 10 दिसंबर, 2020 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा रखी गई।

2. नया संसद भवन ढाई वर्ष में बनकर तैयार हुआ है। इसका निर्माण 15 जनवरी, 2021 को सुचारू रूप से शुरू हुआ था।

3. परियोजना को पूरा करने की समय सीमा नवंबर, 2022 रखी गई थी, लेकिन ये मई 2023 में तैयार हुआ, जिसका विधिवत उद्घाटन 28 मई, 2023 को हुआ।

4. नया संसद भवन त्रिकोण आकार का है, लेकिन वास्तव में यह एक अनियमित षटकोण है। इसका निर्माण सेंट्रल विस्टा परियोजना के तहत कराया गया है।

5. नया संसद भवन लगभग 65 हजार वर्ग मीटर (64,500 वर्ग मी.) में फैला है। यह एक चार मंजिला इमारत है।

6. नए संसद भवन को लगभग 60 हजार श्रमवीरों द्वारा निर्मित किया गया है।

7. नए संसद भवन की लागत कितनी है? इस नए भवन को बनाने में लगभग 862 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आंकी गई थी। लेकिन, बाद में इसके निर्माण की कीमत 1,200 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंच गई।

9. नए संसद भवन की संरचना (Structure of New Parliament Building) तीन राष्ट्रीय प्रतीकों को प्रमुखता दी गई है: पहला, राष्ट्रीय पुष्प कमल, दूसरा, राष्ट्रीय पक्षी मोर और तीसरा राष्ट्रीय वृक्ष बरगद।

10. नए संसद भवन में प्रवेश के लिए छह (6) द्वार हैं, जो भारत की 6 ऋतुओं (षडऋतु) का प्रतिनिधित्व और कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करते हैं।

11. नई संसद भवन के 6 द्वारों में 3 मुख्य द्वार और 3 उप-द्वार हैं। नए संसद भवन के द्वार पर बड़े-बड़े अक्षरों में ‘सत्यमेव जयते’ (Satyamev Jayate) लिखा हुआ है।

12. नई संसद भवन के तीनों मुख्य द्वार जल, थल और नभ (Water, Land and Sky) को समर्पित हैं।

13. जल द्वार पर जल को नमन करने और प्रतिनिधित्व को दर्शाने र्शाने के लिए मकर और हंस की प्रतिमा स्थापित की गई है।

14. नभ द्वार पर नभ यानी आकाश को नमन करने और प्रतिनिधित्व को दर्शाने के लिए शार्दूल और गरुड़ की प्रतिमा स्थापित की गई है।

15. थल द्वार पर थल यानी भूमि को नमन करने और प्रतिनिधित्व को दर्शाने के लिए अश्व (घोड़ा) और गज (हाथी) की प्रतिमा स्थापित की गई है।

16. नए संसद भवन के तीनों मुख्य द्वार—जल, नभ और थल द्वार—को क्रमशः ज्ञान द्वार (Gyan Dwar), शक्ति द्वार (Shakti Dwar) और कर्म द्वार (Karma Dwar) नाम दिया गया है। वीआईपी, सांसदों और विजिटर्स का प्रवेश अलग-अलग द्वार से होगा।

17. नए संसद भवन में महत्वपूर्ण कामकाज के लिए अलग-अलग कार्यालय बनाए गए हैं। ये हाईटेक इक्विपमेंट और आधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस हैं।

18. नए संसद भवन में संसद सदस्यों के लिए एक लाउंज, एक पुस्तकालय, अनेक समिति कक्ष, भोजन क्षेत्र और पर्याप्त पार्किंग स्थान की व्यवस्था है।

राष्ट्रीय चिह्न सारनाथ सिंह की स्थापना

19. नए संसद भवन के ऊपर भवन के बीच में शीर्ष पर भारत के राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक (National Emblem) अशोक स्तंभ के चार सिंह स्थापित हैं।

20. यह राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक कांस्य (Bronze) से बना है, जिसका कुल वजन 9500 किलोग्राम है।

21. इस राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक की ऊंचाई 6.5 मीटर है और इसको सपोर्ट करने के लिए लगभग 6500 किलोग्राम वजन वाले स्टील की एक सहायक संरचना का भी निर्माण किया गया है।

22. नए संसद भवन की छत पर स्थापित राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक के निर्माण की अवधारणा का रेखाचित्र और प्रक्रिया आठ विभिन्न चरणों से गुजरी है, जिसमें मिट्टी प्रारूप/कंप्यूटर ग्राफिक से लेकर कांस्य ढलाई और पॉलिश करने तक की तैयारी शामिल हैं।

23. नए संसद भवन की छत पर बने राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक का अनावरण पीएम नरेन्द्र मोदी ने 11 जुलाई, 2022 को किया था।

56. नए भवन में सभी मंत्रियों के लिए ऑफिस और सभी मंजिलों पर विजिटर्स और आम जनता के लिए सार्वजनिक शौचालयों की व्यवस्था भी है।

96. त्रिकोण के आकार में बना नया संसद भवन सत्व, रजस और तमस को परिभाषित करते हुए षटकोण का आकार लेता है, जो जीवन में षट्-रिपू यानी छह मनोविकार को दूर करने का संदेश देता है।

97. नई संसद भवन में त्रिदेव यानी सृष्टिकर्ता ब्रह्मा, जगतपालनकर्ता विष्णु और संसार-संहारक महेश की झलक दिखती है।

98. इस नई इमारत में एक त्रिभुज के साथ एक गोलाकार आकृति भी नजर आती है। इसे शिव और शक्ति के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता है।

99. त्रिकोण रूप में शिव के त्रिशूल और शिवलिंग की परिकल्पना है, तो वहीं बिंदी के रूप में गोलाकार मां शक्ति की छाया नजर आती है। इन दोनों के मिलन से भगवान कार्तिकेय की उत्पत्ति हुई, जो सभी प्रकार की दुर्भावनाओं को दूर करते हुए शक्ति का संचार करने वाले माने जाते हैं।

100. नए संसद भवन का ज्ञान द्वार, शक्ति द्वार और कर्म द्वार यहां काम करने वाले लोगों, नौकरशाहों और सांसदों को ज्ञान, शक्ति और कर्म से विमुख नहीं होने देगा।
